1. Service Description
Clawless is an AI assistant accessible through WhatsApp. The service provides conversational AI, code execution, web research, voice processing, scheduling, and other capabilities as described on our website.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clawless to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
- Use the code execution feature for malicious purposes
- Share your subscription access with others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle (our payment processor). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all tax obligations. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with Clawless for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@myclawless.com. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Usage Limits
Each subscription tier has message limits that reset every 4 hours. Exceeding your limit will temporarily pause the service until the next window. We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain service quality.
6. AI Limitations
Clawless is an AI assistant and may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Do not rely on Clawless for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Code executed by the service runs in a sandboxed environment, but you are responsible for reviewing any code before using it in production.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing communication with the bot.
